Club Night – Run and Summer Picnic

Time :   Depart by 5.15pm

We do hope you can join us for our July Club Night evening run and picnic to a lovely location near Itchenor. It will be a fun evening in a stunning location and with pipe organ music to add to the evening, don’t miss it!!

Theme: To add to the evening this year the fun theme is ‘colour’. There will be a prize for the most colourful, flamboyantly, dressed  Driver or Driver/Navigator.

If you have a chair and it can fit in your MG, please bring it along. (There are a number of chairs available, but please bring a chair in case we don’t have enough)

On arrival at the house you will be directed where to park. The lane is private and single track, Use passing bays and entrance ways please do not use grass verges!

We will gather at The Triangle carpark on Kennel Hill, just below the Trundle. Arrive 5.00pm and departure at 5.15pm (Approx.)

 Please bring whatever you would like to eat and drink as our destination is a private house and there are no restaurant facilities.

 For those who may wish to go come directly this is not a problem, but please don’t arrive until after 6.30pm
